Introduction
The quality is the key to any project for smooth operation of the equipments at any time. This helps at every step in procurement, indenting, receiving, inspection, installation & testing commissioning. This plan helps to define the controls and organize the requirements and modify the controls according to the conditions of the specific project.
Project organization
Policy statement -
The quantity of the products supplied and serviced by M\S Anacon Process Control Pvt. Ltd., is of the utmost importance. The products are of ISO 9001/1994 quality &are certified by the relevant authorities. The Project Manager ensures that all personnel are adequately qualified to install and commission and operate the system. The team is responsible for their own activity and follows all safety and quality management procedures. The procedures requirement is in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001/1994. 2. Customer liaison: - The Project Manager/Director shall communicate all the matters through written documents.
Project monitoring
All project activity shall be monitored for compliance of Quality Plan and shall be reviewed by Installation team. The reviews shall be conducted by site engineers, project managers and findings shall be documented. Any deficiencies of any aspect highlighted by any means shall be revised, rectified, replaced as per review in timed manner.
| Material Control |
1. All the material received at Anacon shall be tested for all the aspect and shall be documented.
2. The local materials received also shall be tested for its quality and specification in accordance to quality manual.
3. The dispatch shall carry: · Manufacturers product description · Test certificates · Tag no. / reference to order / contract reference.
4. The above shall be packed to International Standards and shall be shipped to the user as per his instruction. |
| Customers Acceptance |
1. Pre dispatch inspection Prior to dispatch the material shall be inspected in the presence of Clients / Consultants inspection team. The findings shall be documented for further information
2. Any modification / rectification with respect to the above findings shall be carried out and shall be reinspected for the final dispatch
3. All the testing shall be done as per relevant ISI, BS, LPC, NFPA 72 rules which govern the Fire Alarm procedure and codes. |
Material Dispatch / Storing preservation
The material shall be packed, documented, handled, stored as per relevant standards and clients advice.
Defect liability
All defective parts shall be returned to Anacon with Tag No., part No. for further replacement from principles, with relevant details.
Annexure to Quality Assurance Plan
| Procedure of wiring at site: |
1. With the approved drawings the site is mobilized.
2. On Site the cable / Detector location and route is marked and with joint inspection with client's representative / site incharge the same is approved and finalized.
3. Once approved, first all junction boxes are fixed with help of level / line gauge, with screw fastners on ceiling or wall.
4. The cable lengths are determined with actual and physical measurement.
5. Alongwith cable route the drilling for spacer fixing is done. The clearance for screws / pipe separators / bushes is done in ceiling.
6. The spacer is fixed with the separator by screws in the wall / ceiling.
7. The cable is fixed by help of saddle on this spacer by m / c screw.
8. The cable is preformed by the help of wooden mallate for correctness and proper bending and shape.
9. Once fixed the glanding is done at the end of the junction box.
10. The plate for detector base fixing is fixed on junction box.
11. The base for detector is fixed on plate.
12. The wire of the cable is now cut to the exact size and the number ferrule is put on the wire and wire end is stripped and Lug is crimped on the same.
13. These wires are then terminated in the detector base.
14. This cable is then tested by Megger and if resistance is more than 5 M Ohm then next cabling is done.
15. After complete cabling once again full loop resistance and Megger resistance test is taken as per QAP.
16. The main Fire and Gas panel is fixed only after complete cabling. |
